Le thé anémie !

Globules rougesMalgré les conséquences globalement bonnes du thé sur la santé, il faut savoir que les tanins contenus dans le thés empêchent l'assimilation du fer par l'organisme. Le fer rentre dans la composition des globules rouges. Un manque de fer provoque donc une anémie ferriprive. Divers symptômes de l'anémie : mal de tête, asthénie, pâleur (particulièrement au niveau des conjonctives), dyspnée (difficulté respiratoire), faux vertiges, lipothymie (malaise sans perte de connaissance), ...

Les personnes les plus exposées à une anémie ferriprive : alcooliques, végétariens (et végétaliens), femmes enceintes, enfants et adolescents.

AJR conseillé en fer :

  • 0-3 mois : 1,7 mg/jour
  • 7-12 mois : 7,8 mg/jour
  • 7-10 ans : 8,7 mg/jour
  • Homme adulte : 8,7 mg/jour
  • Femme adulte : 14,8 mg/jour (25 à 35 mg/jour pour les femmes enceinte)

Si vous pensez avoir des carences en fer, voici une liste d'aliments riches en fer : viandes, oeuf, légumes verts (et pas uniquement les épinards !), légumes secs (pois chiches, dhaal,...) et fruits secs (noix, noisettes, raisins sec, ....) Aussi sachez que l'acide ascorbique (vitamine C) a une actions contraire aux tanins sur l'assimilation du fer : cet acide peut augmenter de 30% votre assimilation en fer par l'organisme.
